Description
Enjoy your Cape Cod Vacation at our cottage in this quiet seaside neighborhood. Walk down the path to our private ocean beach that we share with several other homes. Have your coffee on our beach or cocktails in the open air on our widow\'s walk/ rooftop deck overlooking the ocean bay. Enjoy the sunsets, and on a clear night, you can see the lights on Martha\'s Vineyard over Nantucket Sound.
Seconsett Island is surrounded by salt water and accessible by car over a causeway. (A causeway is an elevated road built over a body of water). Scroll down to see the \"Aerial views\" of the island. We are located on one of the peninsula islands in Mashpee, just over the Falmouth border.
- Beach Options - our small beach, walk to the larger neighborhood beach or a 10 minute drive to South Cape Beach State Park
- Since we are on one of the southernmost points of Cape Cod, the water is exceptionally warm, yet still refreshing. After a day at the beach, enjoy the outside (hot water) shower.
This restful sanctuary by the sea is off the beaten path, yet so close to so many activities and attractions. It\'s only 5 miles or so to Mashpee Commons for shopping or fine dining. Golf courses are plentiful and not far away. Ferries are available in nearby Falmouth; about a 20 minute ride to the ferry dock.
Our yard is completely fenced in, giving you privacy and seclusion, so important for a relaxing vacation. The interior of our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage is bright, clean and sunny. The dining room opens onto the ground level deck, for dining inside or out.
All linens are provided for bedrooms and bath, the kitchen is stocked with most of what you will need for cookingand wrapping or storing your food. We also have a wireless internet connection. Your main concern for your vacation will be your clothes and food - we\'ve made the rest easy for you!

Rate Notes
Peak Season (through Labor Day) - $2475 per week
Saturday to Saturday - Only Full Week Rentals During Summer Season, no partial weeks or weekends
Security/Damage Deposit (Refundable) - $300 Refundable under conditions that cottage is left as clean as it was upon check-in and there are no damages.
Rental Period - Saturday 3 PM to Saturday 10 AM
Nightly rates, off season - $225 - $250 per night with a 3 night minimum
Pets - Some small dogs considered
We do not rent to students, under 25, or 20s singles groups; maximum occupancy 8
