Horizontes 303 is a luxurious 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom beachfront penthouse with ocean view located in the Horizontes del Mar complex in Langosta, a small community a mile south of downtown Tamarindo.
This condo features a large living area, a shared pool with ocean view, full custom kitchen, central ac, wifi, cable tv, and is right on a beautiful beach. Sleeps 6 maximum.
Pool or beach? Both are right there in your own “backyard”. The pool is just below your balcony and the beach isn't much further than that.
Security?
This condo is secure with 24-hour security, guards at the entrance at all times, and secure parking lots inside the gates.
You will want somewhere comfortable to settle in for the night and this unit has a great master bedroom for you. Walk up the stairs to the master bedroom which is located on the second floor. This bedroom features a King sized bed, tv, sliding glass doors to private balcony with sitting area and ocean view. Off the master bedroom, you have the master bathroom with a walk-in closet, tile shower, double vanity, toilet, and bidet.
The second room is a great place perfect for your little monkeys with a bunk bed, a full sized mattress on the bottom and twin mattress on the top so it sleeps 3. It also has a full closet, a bathroom with vanity and a tile shower, and glass doors to small balcony with street view.
The third bedroom has two twin beds, sliding glass doors to main balcony, small tv, and a walk-in closet to bathroom with a double vanity, tile shower, toilet, and bidet.
Sometimes after long days at the beach, you need a place to relax out of the sun and a comfortable living room is the place to do this. With a large couch, two reading chairs, and a flat screen tv, this is the perfect place if you need a break from the sun.
Also out the back of this great living room, you have a large balcony with an ocean view that has a four-person table and sitting area, a perfect place to watch Costa Rica’s amazing sunsets.
Hungry? That won’t be a problem, you could either enjoy the great restaurants near you or cook in your own condo. This condo has a great kitchen fully equipped with anything you would need to make a great meal. Including a two-person breakfast bar, dishwasher, oven, Countertop stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, and the necessary utensil. After your meal is ready head to the six-person dining table inside your condo.
Dirty clothes?
This unit has a washer dryer unit available to use.
Outside your unit the beauty doesn’t stop, this complex has beautiful lush tropical gardens, elegant infinity pool with tables and lounge chairs around it. But you can’t miss the breathtaking beach right in front of you, take full advantage of Langosta beach, explore its tide pools, build sand castles and play in its refreshing water.
