Tres Vistas Penthouse is the newest condo rental in Flamingo and one of the few that sleeps 8 people. Conveniently located in a 12 unit boutique condo complex with an infinity pool and Jacuzzi surrounded by a lush landscaped lounging area terrace. The ideal location allows guests to walk to several beaches, numerous restaurants, a small grocery store, pharmacy and plentiful activities.
Thoughtful & upscale interior design provides group comfort and ease of living. The efficient gourmet kitchen & dining room were designed for practical use for vacationing families. The large seating area is great for group hangout and to enjoy a meal while looking out to the ocean beyond. Additionally guests can relax on the main balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze and the multitude of birds singing. All 3 bedrooms have been uniquely furnished with local materials custom crafted by Costa Rican artisans. Designer touches provide the luxury comfort with textiles, linens, bedding & accessories making this condo perfect retreat.
The master suite has a private bathroom & sliding glass doors to a private balcony that overlooks the ocean, mountains and bay! The large arched window allows you awake to views of Flamingo Beach. The upstairs family room loft is great for watching a movie or having a little quiet time with your favorite book and an ice cold drink.
An added bonus of the boutique condo complex is the English speaking on-site concierge, Becky. Her office provides guests with valuable local information from restaurant recommendations to arranging activities such as sunset catamaran tours, world famous sport fishing, zipline tours, eco river boat trips, volcanoes with hot mud baths, etc. Becky & her English speaking staff will help to make your vacation the perfect experience and full of lasting memories!
