This beautiful resort is located on Water Bay at the eastern end of St. Thomas, a beachside location nestled on a cove, and is brand new. Kick off those flip flops and relax in a hot tub, sit by the beautiful pool, enjoy the white sand beach looking at the islands in the distance, but don’t forget to get your margarita or frosty Landshark lager at the 5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar! Watch for Parrotheads who are the most laid back, friendly people anywhere. Enjoy a great meal in the Margaritaville® restaurant with great island inspired food and yes—a cheeseburger in paradise. The unique resort condo has a beautiful nautical feel. The kitchenette includes a bar area complete with Frozen Concoction Maker® and this unit has a relaxing outdoor seating area. Be adventurous while in St. Thomas with snorkeling, scuba diving, wind surfing, sport fishing, zip lining, hiking and more and more and more. St. Thomas is famous for sight seeing, outstanding cuisine, world class shopping that is duty free, and great nightlife. This will truly be an unforgettable vacation in paradise!

* A Credit Card hold of $250.00 USD is placed by Resort at Check -In (subject to change by resort)
*Beginning May 1st, 2017 St. Thomas has implemented a SIN Tax of $25.00 USD per night per condo that will be collected upon your arrival.
* Driving can be adventurous with hilly, winding roads with driving on the left side of the road.
* Round trip shuttle transportation is available for $40 per person (price subject to change). Payments automatically post to unit resort folio.
*Credit card and photo ID required for check-in at the Margaritaville Kiosk.
* Basic wireless Internet is free for up to 4 devices. For streaming and surfing options on unlimited devices, Enhanced High-Speed Wi-Fi is available for $9.95/day, $49.95/ 6-10 days, and $59.95/ 11-30 days (price subject to change).
* Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for a nominal fee.
Please be advised that Sargassum seaweed may be present on the beach, as the Caribbean is experiencing unusually high levels this season. During periods of excessive seaweed, the beach will be not be accessible and transportation to nearby Coki beach will be provided by the property.
Cancellation Policy:
30+ days from check-in(50% refund on amount paid. This does not include the service fee).29 days or less from check-in receives zero refund.
*The $99.00 USD guest name fee/property fee is non-refundable*
Reservations cancelled by us will receive a credit on file.
Please provide the 1 name of the person arriving and checking into the resort 1st along with a complete postal mailing address. This person MUST provide a photo ID that matches (EXACTLY) the name on the reservation and be at least 21 years of age. No exceptions.
Please note: The name of the guest checking in 1st cannot be changed once you have provided this information to us. If this name needs to be changed you would be charged an additional non-refundable $99.00 USD. Please make sure it is spelled correctly and exactly as shown on the photo ID.
Please note: If you plan to arrive more than 24 hours past your original booked check-in date you will need to notify the resort directly to avoid the resort cancelling your reservation due to a “no-show”.
