You will not forget the luxurious pool at Calypso Tower III. The heated pool offers approximately 8000 Square feet of surface with a geometric shape that holds over 200,000 gallons of heated water! Guests have the benefit of year round swimming with easy zero-entry access at the southeast corner and an island with two shade-protected extensions at the northwest corner for summertime enjoyment. Along the perimeter of the pool and sunning deck, four sets of stairs offer easy access.
3rd floor "Walkovers" connect everything to allow easy access between all three Towers and covered parking garage. An elevator is conveniently located just outside your door which will take you to the the 3rd floor walkovers. Take the beachfront elevator or stairs and walk right out past the tiki bar - where the famous sugar white sand beaches and the emerald green waters are waiting for you.

Only registered guests are permitted in our condo. Maximum occupany is 4 persons.
Violations will result in forfeiture of your deposit and eviction without refund.

Daughters Kerry Lewin Schrand-Rawe & Pam Lewin Arlinghaus own 3 Bedroom Calypso condos in Towers I (VRBO 115203) and II (VRBO 83058) and are thrilled that we are adding a beach home-away-from-home in Tower III. We can now accomodate our entire crew at Calypso! YAY!
The Mermaid (me:) has retired from the rental part of vacation condo ownership and am beyond thrilled that Kerry is taking such good care of our guests, with Pam as her backup! You simply could not be in better hands! This is a family affair and a labor of love.????

POOL:
HOURS OF ENJOYMENT 9AM - 10PM
Glass is prohibited in the pool area.
Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult.
Flotation devices, balls, noodles, and similar objects are not allowed in the pool area.
Babies must wear swim diapers.
Appropriate swimming attire is required in the pool area. Denim shorts and thongs are not appropriate.
BEACH ACCESS:
TOWER III Guests may use the Tower I and II beach access, which is located on the ground level in the center between Towers I and II.
Public Beach Access #53 is conveniently located just
steps to the West of Towers 1 and II.
GYM:
HOURS OF ENJOYMENT 9AM - 10PM
Children under the age of 16 just be accompanied by a parent.
Non-slip athletic shoes, shirts, and appropriate attire are required.
Equipment must be wiped down/disinfected after use.
PARKING
Loading/unloading zones are the paved parking areas at the entry of Calypso Tower III.
You can park here for 15 minutes - which is plenty of time to load/unload.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE: You will need to register online before your visit and print your parking pass. Your parking fee is included in your property fee!)
To park in the Calypso parking garage or around the perimeter, you need to display a parking pass on your dashboard. Unauthorized vehicles are subject to being towed at the owner's expense. Need a 2nd pass? No worries! Let us know, and we will show you how to order and pay for an additional parking pass.
LUGGAGE CARTS
Carts are located on level 3 of the parking garage. Level 3 of the Calypso parking garage offers crossovers to Calypso Towers 1, 2, and 3.
A driver's license may be required to secure a luggage cart.
Luggage carts are not permitted inside the condos.
WRISTBANDS must be worn at the Calypso Tower III pool and common areas.
We provide 4 wristbands. $50 replacement charge for lost bands.
TRASH - Place bagged trash in the North or South trash chutes located on each floor.
Our conveniently located trash chute is at the end of the walkway to the right, by the stairwells.
NO SMOKING (of any kind:) OR VAPING is allowed ANYWHERE on Calypso 3 Property!
Breathe only the fresh ocean air from your balcony!
NO PETS ALLOWED.
IT IS A FELONY IN FLORIDA TO THROW/DROP ANYTHING FROM THE BALCONY.

Cancellation policy:-
100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
50% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

Tower III guests must wear wristbands when using our amenities. You may not use Tower I and II amenities except for the TIKI Bar and beach access.

ABOUT THE OWNERS:
Beachy Greetings from Sharon and Terry Campbell! We live in Boone County, Kentucky on 10 wooded acres in God's country. But for me, heaven is a little closer to the Sugar White Sands of the Gulf of Mexico! So In 2013, I talked my husband Terry into buying a first floor condo at the Moonspinner, next to St. Andrews State Park, because that is where our family has celebrated every-single-Spring-Break since the 80's!
WE are Crabby & the Mermaid, and had no intention of ever buying another condo!
But we fell in love with Calypso Tower III, and Crabby's Cove 210.
Our daughter Kerry is taking care of the rentals for us. Don't worry, you're in good hands - I taught her everything she knows! I have been taking good care of my guests for many years, but it is time for me to turn over the reins and enjoy my retirement as a mermaid wannabe!

WHY CRABBY & THE MERMAID CHOSE THIS PROPERTY:
Our daughters own first floor condos at Calypso Towers I and II, and when we all vacationed at the beach, Terry and I spent most of our time driving back and forth from Moonspinner! We'd spend all day at Calypso, then we would have to drive back to Moonspinner every night. Just when the fun of the Pier Park night life begins. What a bummer to say goodbye, and leave Calypso and our grandkids.
But then.....
On a 2021 Calypso beach trip with family, our daughters talked us into looking at Tower III. We had long awaited the construction of Panama City Beach's newest resort condo, but were satisfied with our ground level condo at Moonspinner...until we saw Calypso 210...and Terry (Crabby:) fell in love with it!
I was smitten too. I didn't think I would like not being on the first floor, but the moment I stepped out on that 2nd floor balcony - and saw that VIEW - I knew this was my new favorite condo - and promptly named it CRABBY'S COVE after my sweet husband!
What makes this Condo unique
What is not to love about ALL BRAND SPANKIN' NEW and COMPLETELY CLEAN & FRESH from top to bottom! Had a blast shopping for just the right furniture and "decor". Because our unit came with the gray cabinetry in the kitchen and baths, we (Well, he:) painted everything "Origami White" from Sherwin-Williams, and it looks perfect!
Terry is a hobby woodworker and created the perfect headboard out of "cants" from the timber he cut from our farm. Cants are the rounded end pieces of a log that you CAN'T make lumber out of. BET YOU DIDN'T KNOW THAT, DID YOU?
He also made the bunk bed top railings out of ash tree timber, with the live edge effect.
